• I have a right to access or correct my personal information in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy & Personal Information Protection Act 1998.
• My "personal information" will be disclosed to the RTA's distributor responsible for filling orders for road safety information material.
• Information that I supply may be used to contact me to ensure that I am satisfied with the service.

Ordering procedure

1. You can order road safety materials described on the myResources website only if you live in NSW.
2. Once you have forwarded your order, the RTA will acknowledge receipt of your order by e-mail within one working day. If you do not receive a response to your order, you can phone 1800 06 06 07 to check if your order has been received.
3. All road safety information materials available via myResources are supplied free of charge.
4. Supply of all road safety information materials shown on the myResources website is subject to availability of stock. The RTA does not guarantee that all materials will be available at the time that an order is lodged.
5. The RTA sets limits on the number of road safety information materials that can be ordered. The RTA may at any time vary these order limits.

Use of RTA website

1. Availability, viruses etc.
   1. The RTA does not guarantee that the myResources website will be free from any delay in operation or transmission, virus, communications failure, internet access difficulties or malfunction in equipment or software nor does the RTA guarantee that the myResources website will be continuously available.
   2. Use of the myResources website, including all content, data, tools, software and other features distributed by, downloaded or accessed from or through myResources, is at your sole risk. You understand and agree that you will be solely responsible for any damage caused to you, your computer system or loss of data, that result from the download of such content, data and/or software.
2. Additional terms
   1. Your use of myResources is governed by these terms and conditions as well as the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and the Disclaimer. You agree to be bound by the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and the Disclaimer.
   2. You must comply with any relevant guidelines, instructions and procedures posted on the RTA website.
   3. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any provisions of any legislation that may not be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement.
   4. The RTA may at any time vary these terms and conditions by publishing the varied terms and conditions on myResources. The RTA is under no obligation to specifically notify you of any change to these terms and conditions. You accept that by doing this, the RTA has provided you with sufficient notice of the change.
